We have done everything possible to ensure the privacy and security of your information and transactions. Your credit card number and other personal dated is treated with the highest standard of security and confidentiality.
Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSI technology, so please be assured that your transactions and credit card information are protected. With SSI technology, information transmitted over the internet can be trusted to be viewed our server only.
You must request a Return Authorization Form and Label. Any package not bearing the yellow Authorization Return Label will not be processed. An authorized return will be issued for the following reasons:

 

INCORRECT ORDER:

 

Customer must notify DRS & Associated, Inc. of discrepancy within 10 days of the invoice date.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

 

 Manufacturing defects will only be approved. Damaged product must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. DRS & Associates, Inc. will credit merchandise which displays signs of wear and tear.
