Method of Shipment: UPS, FedEx Express Service or FedEx Ground Service

When Will Order Be Shipped: All ORDERS wll be shipped within 3 - 5 Business Days after Order is received.

What is the return policy?

You must request a Return Authorization Form and Label. Any package not bearing the yellow Authorization Return Label will not be processed. An authorized return will be issued for the following reasons:

INCORRECT ORDER: Customer must notify DRS & Associates. Inc. of discrepancy within 10 days of the invoice date.

DAMAGED Product: Manufacturing defects will only be approved. Damaged product must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. DRS & Associates, Inc. will credit merchandise which displays signs of wear and tear.
